More reason why I hate the media/news.

I am not even a fan of energy drinks (just don't like the taste) and I hate how the news blew this story up. People are sheep too and will beleive anything they here on the news. Energy drinks have been on the market for a long ass time now. Energy drinks were not the cause of those deaths, those peoples heart problems were the cause of their death.

I actually backed way off of caffeine. I only drink the occassional Dew. Other than that I drink Orange Crush and bottled water with Cherry Wylers Light singles drink mix mixed in.

I was dependent on NoDoze when i was in school, long before energy drinks. Only 200mg of caffine per caplet.

The only time I drink anything other than water is the occasional Mountain Dew Game Fuel (once every couple weeks) when it's around, or Monster when I need to stay up. Otherwise I drink one to two of ionized water each day.

My diet right now is water, water, water with lemon and some more water. I feel like a damn fish.

Put in my two weeks at my fleet mechanic job. All around frustrated with the position as a whole.

Took a assistant manager position at a chipotle like burrito chain out of Ohio. Salary... Benefits... Paid vacation time... It'll do for now.

I'm a caffeine addict. I will not leave the house in the am without coffee. Give me coffee or give me death. However I don't like those energy drinks. Red bull is okay I guess but I decided to give that 5 hour energy a shot on the way to MI. I had 2 hours of jittery energy like I had taken 3 adderalls or something and then I had 3 hours of tingly crash. It was the worst feeling and I wouldn't ever do it again. I've always been very sensitive to medicines and crap I can't just stomach anything. That's definitely on the list.
