Breakfast: 4 lamb steaks, 4 eggs, tiny onion, huge pepper, tomato. Hoping it'll help me kill it in the gym tonight.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

The rest of my day is somewhat loosely planned around two half pound burgers and a pound of steak.

My god he consumes way too much meat. Food in general. Hell, your grocery bill must be outrageous.

So I read over this "homework" the doctor gave me, her instructions were to increase my intake of high-fiber foods. YET she hands me another pamphlet thing that she wants me to read about bloating/gas. And it says to cut down on high-fiber foods. WHICH IS IT!?
OH and fatty foods, yep, should reduce that as well as it makes food harder to digest and what not. LOL, yeah okay....

AND THEN in this thing, it says that high intake of dairy products causes these problems. I drink SO much milk and I go through cheese like it's no one's business. I gave up cigarettes for the doctor but damn if I'm gonna put down the chocolate milk and cheddar. Nope. B.S. ass health...

EDIT: And hell I thought I was doing alright, I eat apple sauce a lot, I eat a lot of yogurt, I thought I was at least half ass on balance. Which I very well may have a balanced diet and just had gas at the doc's office lol. Who knows..

Vegetation rots inside you... your farts are pooled up bacteria fart. Seeing as I don't eat any grain (except beer) and only a few vegetables a day, I haven't farted in like 3 days. Soluble fiber helps you poo. Insoluble fiber is worthless. Figure out what precisely you want to eat. Pasteurized milk is a worthless food that's basically nothing but sugar. Drink raw milk. Also, your doctor is a quack, get a better one. If you're having digestive issues, hit up some enzymes. Found a decent enough one at the CVS that's got pretty much every digestive enzyme but lactase.

Link me to said enzymes huh? PM me.

But yeah.. I'm a milk fan hands down, I can kill a gallon in mere days. Like 3-4 lol. Annnnd how might one attain raw milk?
And she has her reasons for wanting fiber vs an overall healthy digestive tract at the moment.

I'm not doing any kind of cycle. I eat food and it makes me stronger and leaner. If I skip the burgers and just go with a protein shake after I lift, I'll be at ~242g protein for the day, with 34g carbs, 224g fat, and a paltry 6g of fiber (3,153 Cal)

What'd you think of the season "finale" ?

    i loved it!

cant believe we have to wait a year for 8 more episodes, they should have just ran them all now.

and the way it ended is not going to go work out well for walt. he had deals in place. and i dont think these guys will let him out of it. that has to have something to do with the season opening flash forward.

and the writing was on the wall for mike after the first cook for.

4 wheeling is good clean fun. always, and the best part is, you can go rain or shine, or even in the snow.
