Haven't been to the gym in months....

Oh man, so much fun. Caber toss is supposed to be the hardest and most dangerous part, but it's not so difficult to me. I can do that all day.
Not sure if gross or gross and awesome. Wait until your preworkout digests, though, so you don't fruit punch everything haha.
Go today.
10hrs left in the day... whats the problem?
Halfway frustrated... It's an arbitrary number, but I just can't make it to a 50lb loss. 45lbs down and I put on two more pounds while still basically fasting 2 days a week so I'm back up to 227 very consistently... guess it's gotta be muscle, though, since my lifts are moving... finally got a 100lb/hand db clean and press, was strict pressing 175 for reps after my push presses last night, and my back doesn't seem to be injured anymore, back to shrugging 850+. Switched to low bar squats after a few months of high bar and the leverage change feels goofy as heck. Hopefully, my squat numbers actually move now... sick of having a chump lift.
well guess i can give an update to. So i seem to have leveled out at about 195 pounds. Honestly i wanted to get to 200 but I've been stuck at 195 now for well over a month.
I am about done with my 3rd week of creatine monodrate and i'm doing 3 weeks off of it. doing it in cycles instead of continuous.
All I'm taking is the following and i like it
with my breakfast & dinner
3 MRM fish oil pills (serving size)
1 Opti-Men multi-vitamin
1 Muscle Pharm CLA pill
my lunch is only tuna. that's it. but a lot of tuna lol. usually about 2 cans of it.
as for actual workout stuff here's what i've been doing
45 minutes before workout i take 8 muscle Pharm BCAA pills
then pre-workout obviously before the work out. but i'm currently in the middle of my 30 day off cycle from it.
immediately after work out gold standard protein shake with a scoop of Pb2, packet of maple sugar oatmeal, and 5 grams of creatine (when on the cycle)
then before i go to bed i've been taking a scoop of casein.
all in all i've notice huge improvement over the last 6 months (only been working out for 8)
My deadlift is at 340 pounds for 3 reps.
My Squat is at 350 for 4 reps.
My bench is at 205 for 1.
so compared to where i was when i started i've doubled just about everything, and more than doubled some things. I also haven't done PRs in almost a month in a half either. so those weights could be more.
I've been watching what I eat since last week. I've started habing regular breakfasts, having slim fast shakes and cutting out almost all sugars (as much as I can). In a week I already feel healthier and I think I mightve lost a few pounds already. It's great just feeling healthier
Mikey's weight loss plan.... get divorced; you'll have no money and thus no food. I've lost 20# in the last 3 years. She gained 40.
That LRW's not worth $17/lb. Concentrate, glycine, taurine, etc.
The only protein off the shelf I've been able to enjoy with my wallet is USP Labs OxyElite vanilla or banana (they somehow make terrible chocolate and the strawberry tastes like butt). There's better ingredient profiles out there, but not at $10/lb. Otherwise, I just do my own blend (50% Pea, 25% isolate, 25% calcium caseinate) from Truenutrition.com.
going on 2 weeks away because of a pretty bad oblique strain...worked through it for a week first but it became a bit unbearable during deads and squats...hoping to start back up on Madcow this upcoming thurs...thank god for OTC TENS units...
