Throw away your fat clothes or donate them. You'll think twice about eating that cheeseburger and beer all the time if you don't have clothing to support your bad habits. I gotta go through my closet again and get rid of my bigger clothing again. I've out-shopped my smaller clothes. Gonna have to go shopping again soon.
I plan on losing at least another 30 so...
I am perfect and I am 5'-11" and weight 178lbs, its mostly muscle.
My girlfriend is 5'-6" and weights 178lbs, its mostly fat.
She used to weight like 120lbs in her college days, when she moves in with me full time again, I am going whip her into shape, seeing her 38DD's on her current frame is one thing but to see them when she is 120lbs again is going to be off the hook,lol.

I'm pretty sure pullups are my main motivator now, so it sucks to not be losing weight. I kipped out 25 the other night, with seven of those being unbroken/ without letting go of the bar. This is way beyond what I've been doing lately, and I'm stoked about it. On the other hand (no pun intended), both my palms are completely bruised and swollen from holding my fatass in the air. Gotta remember to ice them after pullups.
I'm nearly over my 3 fuggin week cold. Been out in the yard cleaning up from fall storm/winter. Getting things done around the place and removing stuff from my list feels good. I'm 190lbs at 5 10" I need to drop about 10 or so and tone the heck outta that. Starting to portion myself better and that's helping. Always been a size 34 and plan on staying there.
Although..if I hit the gym enough, I might slip into 32.
Lost another lb today. Granted I feel like ass so i'm not gonna exercise today.
Ya i know Bio. I'm just OCD with my diet.
Just bought a pair of Khaki's in 36". I've went from 42-40 " to 38-36"
Dude after i got my guitar back from the shop yesterday I stopped by Gordman's and looked at shorts. Tried on a pair of 36's and they fit! Also got me some smaller undies.

ive had a bad couple weeks. going out drinking and eating garbage lately. still managed to lose 2 pounds last week, but am unsure of what i can pull off this week. i am also down to 222.x. i am also unsure if i care to lose more.
im beginning to be an epic lightweight when i drink, which is ZERO fun.
Just to update about this Kris Gethin program I have been doing off of bodybuilding.com I"m 5'11'' I started at 245lbs 22% BF and I'm down to 193lbs 11% BF today. I still have one more week of this 12 week program. You guys should try it! Best move I've ever made!
