i want...
SOLD... I traded them my GTP for it... ha ha
but no 6speed GP GXP?
Damn......So if I sell my house...or whore out my GF......XD that is nice, dont care for white on them, they already look big enough as it is...
But it'd be awesome to drive with a 6-speed.
buy it and sell me the brakes
Original MSRP on these was ~$41,000. If they just reduced the price by $4,000, that means they were asking the same as the original MSRP. OMFG is right!Just reduced by $4,000
I could think of a few ways to make 37,000 go much faster. Of course that's not the only thing that counts, but that's what's important to me. Great lookoing car though!
1. Buy a 4th Gen F-body for less than $10k.
2. Buy a built 402 LS2 from a reputible shop (Texas-Speed, Virginia Speed, Vengeance Racing, etc.) for about $10k.
3. Install said engine into F-body.
More fun than a 4-door sedan
Yeeez Mr. Expert...Iza know
G6 GTP were the only manual G6's you could get. The GXP was just a looks thing on the G6's...the GTP having a 3.9 pushrod V6. There is a guy who lives close to me with one...and it's just a 2.4 Ecotec Sedan...and it's technically called the "Street Package" or something like that.
Agreed. I'd buy a used C6 Z06.
You haven't...unless they were custom because the G8 GXP was the only G8 model to offer a manual gearbox...the V6 and L76 V8 powered cars (G8 GT) were all automatics transmissions.
See my Z06 comment LOL
im in love. next car im getting. it just sucks cause you can get a used g8 gt for like 24 grand or so then the gxp is like 10g's more. but worth it. you just think that its "basically" a newer style grand prix, 4 door, with a corvette motor. does it get any better really?
Yes it does...because it REALLY ISN'T worth it. You can get a G8 GT with the same everything else minus a manual transmission...and put a bolt on blower kit to it and make 500 to the tire. AND have still enough money to pay half of it off...because I've seen G8 GT's going for well under 20K around here.
