it kicks sideways at 100 so bad lol. that's awesome though. he couldn't keep up with the shifts under 120, that's ridiculous

Not really, seeing that everything that can do that in a quarter mile has to be rebuilt after each run.

agreed, but youd think that SOMEONE out there would take a car out with the right gearing and what not and either blow the record or the motor to pieces.

finding a way to get traction with the pedal more than a quarter of the way down would probably help. i'm with bio on this one, gear it different to get the back to hook up better and you might not have to shift every 4 seconds. easier said than done though

the veyron is heavy too. its doesnt have the acceleration that other super cars do. even tho its like the foruth fastest car nowthe mclaren F1 is actually quicker that the veyron, but the veyron has a higher top speed, so its faster. top gear proved it

1001 crank hp, so around 900 awhp. awd has a large effect on the power able to be transferred. a 400 whp STI will have about 475+ hp at the crank.
