    NEW 2009 SRT8 Challenger sells for $29.1K - Dodge Challenger Forum: Challenger & SRT8 Forums

    I don't understand why he didn't automatically lawyer up.

    Basically, dealership was selling an 09 Challenger on Ebay and some guy won it for $29,000. But now the dealership wants to back out and doesn't want to sell him the car anymore.

    Why wouldn't you go straight to the lawyer, he obviously has the money if he was willing to pay 36k for the car, which still would have been a steal
