So the roads are SOLID ice today, well of course my traction control would kick in, and everytime it did my car would die down, sometimes stall my battery light and low oil light would come on.... I'd shift it into neutral incase it stalled (because it did like 12 times) and as soon as I shifted it into neutral, it would rev up to about 2500 rpm, then idle and be prefectly fine? I've looked everything over and can't think of what it could be?

! yeah that is wierd sounds like multiple things going wrong! Have u noticed that after traveling on the highway and coming to a stop at the end of the exit ramp your engine losing more rpm than normal when u stop? If so could be your lock up converter in your tranny causing the prob. it can lock up anytime after shifting to second gear what this does is locks ur converter to the same rpm as the engine acting like a clutch in a manual if you stop without pushing in the clutch it will stall the engine. So when the trac control module cuts the fuel and in some vehicles applies an electronic brake with the converter being locked up and the lockup conv. selenoid not functioing properly it's trying to stall the engine while the ECM (engine control module) is fighting to keep the engine running hence when the converter finally becomes unlocked the engine races it's rpm then falls back to an idle and running fine until it happens again. I'm not saying that all this hell is the probem it's just a suggeston without actually checking it out. but the solution would be if this is the case is a new converter lock up selenoid. that is labor intensive for a $25-$45 part requiring the pulling of the trans. Hope this isn't the case but I have experienced it before in a bonneville. That selenoid sticking may not trip the S.E.S. light but it will throw a code if scanned with a diagnostic tool.

My only guess is that it has to do with the TC, because the roads are thawed out and I haven't had any troubles.

you ever have a ABS light come on? It would have to be something with either a speed sensor or ABS Module

Actually, the ABS light never came on, even when I was trying to stop and I couldn't. It would kick in, but not light up.
