yeah salt kills I wish they just used sand rather have that it seems as if every time is snows even if its 1/5 an inch they dump way to much salt down
No...not lucky to have sand lol...I've been eating it for a year now.
here is a pic of me on CHRISTMAS DAY! No snow for me or presents
sucks just as bad being here.
besides gettin the car dirty... this snow kicks ass! e-brake slides for like 2 hours in a parking lot today lol. really got it down too felt like it was actually drifting haha. fun if you ask me!!
I know but thats why i had to sell the other gp i had cause it rusted away so i dont want it to happen to my gtp the other one was a se so i didnt care for it as much plus you always have people in SUVs thinking they are gods of the road when they can still slide and hit another car. SUVs think because they have a car that has 4x4 there car is good at getting out of snow and yes its true, but you also have to think that the SUV your in is heavier and takes twice as long to come to a complete stop LOL
Snow is fun to slide in, I'll be using my foot for my emergency brake, how dumb lol Driving in snow isn't that bad either, especially if you have good tires.
The only bad thing is with the salt and ice buildup. When I did my driveway today, I took twenty minutes and let the car warm up in the meantime I scraped every piece of ice/snow of the paint, windows, and wheel wells.
I have no problem with the snow, as long as I can keep my car looking like this.
Haha hell yeah cheektavegas!! And i know exactly where the campus for UB is, my mom lives literally 3 minutes up sweet home road, i went to sweet home high school for a couple years. I wound up in colorado cuz my dad got a job out here. I go back to buffalo at least two times a year as all of my family is still back there.
Holy batman! A lot of people from WNY! I am from Lancaster! just moved to Indiana in the past couple of months! Same deal, my parents moved, so I did as well. I was there when Alden got pounded by the mini blizzard in December I think, and when we actually had snow days, which as you guys know is a rare occurrence in WNY. I know where all those place are as well. Although there is no way Cheektavegas is 20 minutes from Buffalo, if you take Broadway, haha, more like 10.
Snow is 10X better in WNY than here. They know how to deal with it there. We get 20" less snow here per year, but the roads look like we get half again more than Buffalo.
Sweet! I work in Lancaster. Yeah, i think i remember i slight snow storm in early december. When i was in high school we did not get very many snow days at all.. it sucked cuz it'd snow like 10 inches and it'd still be no problem. No place can handle the snow like we can in WNY!
