I know they are like high 13s factory, but would "it bored over has lunati cam ported heads,alky injection kit,turbo tweak chip,hooker headers and diwnpipe and exhuast" really drop it down to 11s??? and what is a "turbo tweak chip" anyways???

Probably upgraded to the 5.3 GXP motor.
But it could be possible to pull it with the factory L67, but I would find it hard to believe they would use the NA 3.8
