I'm amazed they didn't. I believe, the 2.8, 3.1, and 3.4 are essentially the same engine and will bolt right in place of each other.

Yup they are the same blocks, I think the heads might even be the same, but they did make a few revisions of them over the years.

Can't tell what size pulley, unless it's anything below a 3.6.. A downpipe, and tune is all it really needs.
