I made this video of a chevy aveo going 0-60 in hold mode. Locked in 3rd gear from the start. 22 seconds 0-60! I almost got broad sided one day driving one of these because it's dangerously slow in hold mode. lol. Pretty much this is a pointless thread unless you find humor in how slow a car can possibly be. Anybody have an idea of how to get it to do a burnout WITHOUT lifting up the front end or doing it on ice? I has to be done in HOLD mode as well to make it more difficult. I am going to do a smokey burnout with it and take a vid. Any suggestions on how to do it? I know exactly how to do one in it but I'm looking for ways to make it better than I know of!

You'll never get it to do a burnout without some aid like ice or oil. I'm betting it wont spin at all unless both wheels are moving at the same rate. If one spins faster than the other, it will probably hold back on the throttle (assuming it has electronic throttle control). Good Luck

What exactly is hold mode? Maybe a dumb question but I've honestly never seen a hold button before in a car.

considering the hold mode is for when u are starting in adverse conditions, snow comes to mind why would anyone want to do the 0-60 time. ooo and if u were almost broadsided when in hold mode, where u in normal conditions? if so why complain if u are using the hold mode incorrectly. my mum has one of these cars and yes they are by far not a speed demon so why try to drive it like it has anything more than the stock 106 horse power??
