What is your definition of a small boat? ONE Jet ski? 12' aluminum Jon boat w/trolling motor? 14' bass tracker with a 20hp gas engine? You can tow the first 2, but I wouldn't go any bigger. My brother used to pull a jet ski behind his 95 eagle talon tsi fwd. Only problem he had was some ramps were hard to get out of being front wheel drive when the boat ramps were wet. I really wouldn't suggest you pull anything with it, but if you're going to........ to each his own.

Does this thread even have anything to do with "stereos"?

And Joel covered everything important here.

Yeah about the title, I started with a stereo question and then decided to ask a different question, and as you can tell I'm not the worlds best speller, but any way, I guess I can't afford a truck and only have my car, looking to tow a 10-12 ft bass boat to a ramp with a nice easy grade
