I just recently got a PM from a member on here who bought my dashboard bezel. He said when he received it that the three middle air vents are missing and the rest of the bezel is pretty scraped up and such.
Here is the dash that I sent him, when it was shipped out it still looked like this.
Also, another thing, he said it was'nt even in a box when it arrived at his door. So obviously FedEx threw this thing around pretty hard to knock the air vents out of it because I know they don't just 'pop' out of place.
I told him to go complain to FedEx while I do the same on my end, but I'm just wondering if anyone has ever had this kind of problem?
Looking for suggestions on the best way to go about handling this with FedEx.
