The time has come... I am moving on to a new platform (2014 Caprice with 6.0). I am getting ready to sell my 04 GP but struggling to decide if I should demod before selling or sell as is. 114k miles, top swapped higher comp, VS cam, mild headwork, valve job and springs, ported sc, TEP trans (highest build), intercooled, e85, ZZP dyno tuned, 2.8 pulley, running widened rims with MT ET Streets, suspension and steering rebuilt, blah, blah, blah.... I am not sure if I should pull some of the goodies off and sell separate or let it roll. I refuse to add up how much I have spent on it. LOL. And then how do you price it with it being so modded?

id just sell it off modded. i got 2500 for my 98 regal with 240k on the body. list of mods in my sig, about what you got minus the cam. and iit had meth. car was worth like 800 ish id think. rest was mods.

right now, seems all cars are selling for more then you'd think, as theres a shortage of used cars out there.

Yeah I think I will probably sell it 95% complete. There are a couple things I want off the car before I sell it. Its hard because I have probably $15k in a $5K car. Heck the transmission alone is $4k. I may leave it E85 but offer to program it back to premium and pulley back up if they prefer. IDK. This weekend I am going to run new brake and fuel metal lines. Stock ones are rusted out. Next project car is a 14 Caprice with 6.0L. Want to go LSA, intercooled, E85, and target 700 hp.

With everything you have invested into it I would probably sell as-is. The amount of time and money you will invest returning to stock assuming you didn't keep anything won't be worth it. I would bump up the asking price a few grand over the car's value & take the loss. Keep in mind to leave some room for negotiation.

Nice setup on the Camaro! I want to go S/C on the Caprice. Probably several years out based on budget. I think for the GP I may sell it mostly whole and just take the loss. I need to fix a few things first... seat heater on pass side, rear brake lines rusting out, PDR couple dents, and buff and polish the paint.

that blower might not of happened till this fall if not for the covid shut downs and all that free money they gave us. i put about 400 of my own money towards it, the rest was free 600 a week ui payments. adds up pretty fast.
