Turbo is the way to go.

They are worth the money if you ask me. I just toss some super hot water in the tank, add some super clean or simple green and let it run for 10-15+ min depending on what I'm cleaning. Makes stuff come out like new for the most part. A little hand cleaning may be required but no big deal.

I was JUST going to say Superclean for ferrous metal and simple green for aluminum. Otherwise I agree 100%.

Lol, I searched ultrasonic cleaners too when I read it here. Ive seen them used for computer parts, but figured they were expensive. That one isn't too bad.

I looks at them too. My wife had a small one for jewelry she used to use. Think that went to goodwill. Did not even think about cleaning other stuff with it. Dang.

Added a transfer pump to drain the tank. Well worth the $50. Made the last cleanout a breeze. Also upgraded the ultrasonic from a 6L to a 15L. Incremental improvements. Each tranny build takes less and less time.
