LaCrosse here....
I'm from Green Bay/Manitowoc area. I'm also in need of tires and looking for torque stars...
Fort Atkinson WI
Currently pulling the mootor out of my ex's 04 GTP. Chipped pistons yahooooooooooo
Anyone in or near Sheboygan that would be willing to do a quick scan to see if I have any KR? I think I should be safe but I've never scanned the car and would like to know before I order my pulley.
Thanks
buy an aeroforce gauge
Yeah I know they're really good but I'm not going to be modding any further once I drop the pulley so I don't feel that it's worth the $250 for the guage when all I'd use it for is KR.
Ended up buying an ls1m. If anyone in the area would like to use it you're more than welcome to.
This was posted up on fb for WICGP...
As event coordinator, I am making this page so that everyone who owns a 3800 can see what is going to be taking place May 28-30, 2010. There will be 3800's of all sorts coming from all over the country to meet here in Good 'Ole Milwaukee, WI.
If you know anyone who would be interested in joining in on the fun, please dont hesitate to invite them.
I am going to be laying out details as to what is going to be happening that weekend:
Friday, May 28, 2010:
Everyone will be arriving sometime throughout the day. Once everyone has arrived, they should check into the hotel and get everything situated and ready to convoy to the next destination. We will be meeting at my friends warehouse, located in Downtown Milwaukee and we will be having our mini car show and cookout there (car washes will also be available to those that need them). Around 9pm we will all be going for a cruise and enjoying the great Friday night.
Saturday, May 29, 2010:
Meet for breakfast at 10am, and than convoy down to Great Lakes Dragaway for the whole day. While at GLD we will be enjoying a cookout and seeing what we can push our cars to! Once we are done at the track, we will be going back and possibly going out for dinner (if everyone is up for it).
Sunday, May 30, 2010:
Everyone will meet at Grant Park at their own desired time, there will be food and drinks. This day will be designated for those that need to fix anything before going home or for anyone that needs tuning or some sort of modification made, it will pretty much be designated as our Mod Day. Those that wish to leave can leave anytime thoughout the day or they can wait until Monday morning.
I think that pretty much covers anything. If you wish for me to add anything else please dont hesitate to let me know! Lets make this the greatest Drag Day yet!!!!

I was helping out with coordinating the event...there's been somewhat of a problem with that weekend. I was trying to get a hold of GLD since the beginning of January with no luck and thought that the weekend we chose would have been good...and just the other morning they posted their schedule with that weekend being Drag Olympics...so...no drag racing for the public...from what I understand there is something trying to be worked out for the weekend of June 11-13 for WICGP...
Forgot to add...we still have more than a few coming for Memorial Day weekend...so if there is any suggestions on what we could do...feel free to leave the comments here or you're always welcome to join our site as well.
Posting it's just not a problem. There's just been a few huge events that occurred so that this isn't set in stone. Myself and a friend who are in charge of getting a gathering together are eagerly trying to find an alternative route for the weekend originally planned on account people have taken off and some have rooms booked. Yesterday we went through hell when we found out that Drag Olympics was being held that weekend...so we started a new thread where ideas are being tossed around...feel free to toss in ideas
Drag Day 2010 Discussion
Yes, when we schedule an event...whenever it may be...anyone is more than welcome to join! You do not by any means have to book a room or be forced to stay. The original plan was to make a weekend out of it and have fun with people of the same interest...I myself am halfway between Green Bay and Sheboygan but still plan on making reservations once some plans are set in stone.
