Saturday, 7-5-08 Mulligans Saloon in McHenry will have a special guest....

Though this is not a sanctioned got3800 event, From 5:30 to 7 O'clock, George Barris (Creator of the BATMOBILE, as well as other 1960's iconic automobiles) will be at Mulligan's Saloon on Route 31 in McHenry. Everyone who can come is welcome. The show is free as always, but gas to get there will cost an arm and a leg. I hope to see you there.

ALL CARS ARE WELCOME...and JFYI...when he came out last year, he stayed until about 10:00 p.m.

Byron Dragway
it's in byron il. a little west of Sycamore, you can check their site for directions, or....we'll be
meeting up at Brunswick Zone in Algonquin again for a convoy to Byron Dragway.

Plan on leaving from Brunswick at 8am and getting to Byron around 9am. or just meet us up there....

Hey all,

Well things have been figured out for the Dyno Day 2008. The event will be held on September 27th (2008) and we shall be hosted by Finish Line Performance in Naperville, IL. Cost for this event will be $65 for two (2) pulls on their dyno. The $65 dollars will also get you both breakfast and lunch for the day, a laminated dyno sheet of your 2 pulls for the day, and i personally will be throwing in a got3800.com vinyl decal for free. Now, we need 25 cars for this event to take place and i want you all to show up and bring your 3800 (or not) friends along to this. This event is open to all cars/makes/models.

As far as payment goes, we must have money for 25 cars (AKA this event will cost got3800.com $1625). I do not want to collect money early, but please be 100% that nothing will come up and that you will have off work before you tell me yes. If you do not show up and told me you were, i get screwed out of $65 (and no one wants that). So if you are for sure in, please just post a yes/hell yes/you couldn't keep me away if a tornado went though and ill get your point....thanks all and i hope to see you there!!!

Im already on TCG, same name, been on there for a while now, came over from CV and CTR. and cgp and gpona and gpn and now GPF(here)

Believe me im not here to start **** but editing my own statements pisses me off, you might own this however its an american based internet, an american based forum, you whine about your 1st amendments all the time now dont infringe on mine. They are just other forums, other GP forums because this site doesnt have all the info in the world on it concerning the GP and its inner workings. IF you can find all your info for anything on one single site there wouldnt be 5 million of them just like yours out there.

Relax a bit, quit taking **** so personal. Its just the damn internet, not like its a real life thing, this is an alternate reality that a few people seem to think is the real world.

Like I said, im not here to start **** but if you got beef with other sites, thats your deal NOT MINE.

Ban me if you want, I could really give a ****, but dont go behind my back and edit MY words unless they are offensive or racist or anything of the like, me naming the forums I just joined doesnt offend anyone at all, if you can sit there and claim it offends you then you need to go see a doctor because you are living a life in an alternate world.
