right now I'm waiting for my er rockers to arrive, not planning on changing the springs as well

You're not changing the springs? What ratio rocker did you go with?

Sure, but why risk your valves and pistons over just spending a bit extra for 90#/LS6 springs?

Because LS6 spring rate is higher than 105's.
L76 is ideal.
