    No, it bolts up to the catback...the catback flange in is front of the resonator.

    Nah man...headers come with EVERYTHING...they go all the way to the stock catback. Which means you buy headers...it gets rid of everything.

    Speed Daddy headers have their own downpipe with them. You don't need to buy a 3" DP when you buy headers
