cradle spacers are for lowering subframe to drop intercooler for better hood clearance.
Vinnie's spacers are for raising the motor mount and transmission mount for better axle geometry when lowering car
What's your mileage?
It's a great idea to make sure everything is in good confirm.. For example makes sure your hubs and cx axles don't need replacing. To many people just slap springs on.. Then complain about more vibration and wonder what the issue is.

93k. Hubs seem tight, but I've got the different warnings (ABS, traction control, variable effort steering, stability control system) that point to bad corrosion on the hub wiring, or the ABS module - not sure which yet. Car drives like new. I'm already having the Moog Problem Solver ball joints pressed in when I do all this, maybe even all new LCAs
Ball Joints aren't pressed in on these cars, you cut\drill out rivets and bolt new ones in. You should look into the Moog Problem Solver vertical control arm bushings though.

Gives you better strut options. Allow you to go with the bigger solid front swaybar.. So yea makes quite a bit of difference without having to spend a ton of money

I'm sticking with the FE3 struts until they start giving out, and then I'm gonna go with the FE4s (the Bilstein replacements on RockAuto). The bigger sway is a plus, but I thought this setup allowed for a smaller sway to be stiffer - then again, they got rid of this setup for a reason, I guess
