Black caliper looks good.
What did you use for a sealant on the wheels?
I was hoping to see some new wheel pics
anda..........Whats up with the rubber in the second pic.

CA has it's benefits. The weather is pretty good all year round where I am located.
I originally had Meguiar's brake dust barrier that I put on them a few months ago and it was still there. It's pretty durable. I had to compound it off. The only thing I don't like about brake dust barrier is the orange peel effect on black wheels. On light colored wheels it would go unnoticed. This time around I used Adams Quick Sealant that I have been unable to off load. It's supposed to be really good for wheels and durable.
Ah that second pic has the tire dressing drying and being absorbed as I thoroughly cleaned them with D143.
I didn't get to go the wheel shop as I got a late start on friday changing the brakes. I'm hoping to go this week.
Finally got the new wheels. I ordered these back on 3/20 from America's Tire and I just got them after a little mix up. Finally glad it's over.
They are Boss 353 Concave. Specs on them are 5x114.3, 18x8, +35 offset. I should have them on some time this weekend. I will be cleaning up the tires and coating the wheels prior to mounting them.
A little concave
Finally found this thread, the ride looks great. Congrats on the wheels. Subed for moar.
Cleaned up the tires and coated them with some Meguair's Ultimate Black Tire Coating. Wheels were prepped with Detailer's Pro Coating Prep Polish and coated with Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Wheel Coating.
Picked up my lugs and fuel filter. They will be on this weekend.
UBTC is quicker to use. It may not last as long but it does a real nice job.
Well here they are
One last photo of the black wheels. It's too bad that the chrome lip is bubbling underneath and that they have signs of corrosion on the hubs.
Good amount of concave. Front driver wheel.
Rear passenger side wheel. Don't mind my SS photo bombing.
everyone else with black wheels please take note.......
way better! those look excellent on silver car!
While ill admit I liked the other ones also its pretty obvious now that the black ones look smaller.
Thanks. I had my run with black wheels.
Oh smexy, very nice.
Thanks guys. Here's another after giving it a rinseless wash and trying out a new product. Car still has some good gloss for being almost 16 years old. On top of that I found the original temporary registration when I cleaned out the glove box. I bought this car new on 7/10/99 with 12 miles on it from the Pontiac dealer. I still remember taking it for a test drive with the salesman.
Took these on the way out of the office tonight.
This car is amazingly clean and looks awesome.
I just wish it had window tint and the tail lights were lightly tinted as well.
