In January I wrote off my 03GT after T-boning a 2013 Chrysler 200 (I was not at fault).

I owned it for about 3.5 years and always wanted a supercharged one. This is what I ended up with:

Another 2003 GTP with 220,000kms for $2,500 cert. and e-tested. Not to bad IMO.

The first mods I made were the K&N intake from my wrecked GT, flipped the dog bone bushings and changed the oil with Mobil 1 (I know oil isn't really a "mod") I also bought 2 used Aeroforce scan gauges just need a 2 or 3 gauge pod to mount them.

Last week I picked up a set of 17" Comp. G wheels with Continental tires and got a 4 wheel alignment and I gotta say the car rides much better now. Before it was pulling to the right and getting worse.

My plans with this car are to port the blower myself (I work at a machine shop) find a used set of headers, SLP or ZZP would be nice, Intense racing shift kit, and an Overkill in car tune. I also have a nice set of 18" MSR rims in my garage that were on my red car last summer. I want used headers because I'm not paying $600+ and I need my car on the road 6 days a week. Don't really have time to mock up, cut/ re-weld, however I am getting pretty good with the TIG welder at work. I know ppl are gonna say get a transgo shift kit. I looked around, did a little research and the Intense kit is pretty nice.

So a little bit of an update, Will (overkill) was able to give me one of his famous in car tunes before he moved. I also threw on my 18"s of my old GP and installed a gauge pod with 2 Aeroforce scan gauges and a boost gauge.I think my next mod will be new exhaust as mine is compleatly rotten and is leaking at the flange after the cat and near the resonator. Planning on 2.5"-3" with a new rez and Dynomax VT mufflers.

Still looking for a used set of SLP or ZZP headers... Those Speed Daddy headers off Ebay seem kinda crappy. Then 3.4, ported blower with plugged silencer ports, rockers and a shift kit.

    With the wifes Civic Si

    At work

    New gauge pod

If you are choosing betweem SLP or ZZP headers go with the ZZPs. I've heard quite a few horror stories about SLPs.

Will recommended ZZP over everything else. The problem is finding a used set, I'm not paying $800+ for headers.

I thought he had SD's first then ZZP

Yeah he had sds loved them. Traded them for zzp cause of the slightly larger collector. They were a pita to put in iirc and then traded them again for sds

For the price you can't go wrong with SDs. I'm still on the stock flex after 2 cars and 3 years.

    One year only color.

    BBM gets it done.

Also, buy the SD's off of EBay. For the money they're fantastic. Install them, use a better catback gasket from your local auto parts store and some RTV at the joints. Use band clamps, not the crappy u-clamps. I had them...minus the crappy flex pipe that you can just cut out (as long as all your motor/trans mounts are in good shape), you won't even need it. One of the best bang for the buck mods for the car if you plan on sticking with the blower.

Thanks for the advise. My next problem is that one of my scan gauges keeps turning on and off randomly. It worked fine for the last couple months but started acting up recently.

Buy it. It's not a hard swap and there's plenty of information about it floating around here...
