The average maturity level of members on the forum drops to about 12 years old when a woman posts. Hopefully you can look past this and continue to be part of the community.

Welcome back, and best of luck with the focus!

My buddies and my boyfriend have owned several throughout the years and they know a lot about them. So if anything ever broke they'd be able to help me fix it. Plus there's a huge focus community and they're cheap and easy to mod.

I have the street appearance package bumpers being shipped to me tomorrow, but other than I that I'm going to be purchasing a new CAI since the previous owner installed a cheap eBay one. I have an exhaust that the previous owner installed as well, and it sounds decent so I'm leaving that for now. And eventually lowered suspension and a nice set of wheels. I'll be attending Focus Rising in June so I would like all of this to happen before then, but I'll probably only be able to have the bumpers and the CAI done by then. *sigh*

Well, this Valentine's Day was a great success! Mike spoiled me rotten with these goodies:

We actually bought the front SAP bumper together, but everything else was a gift.

So I ended up removing the dumb eBay CAI and replacing it with a stock one. I feel like the car runs much better and I get slightly better gas mileage.

I also bought the rear SAP bumper from my buddy in Maryland. I'm pretty excited bc I'm one step closer to painting them and putting them on the car.
