They are 75mm rubber looking dome caps. The original circular deal is cut down a good amount so i can't just slide something over it, I'm going to add like a 1/4 pvc ring and glue it on it so it seals goods I don't want sand getting in between where the bulb is. Right now I have moisture trapped in them and I need to let them sit to get rid of it.

I rtved mine and it seems be fine. I did get moisture in certain temperatures but never any water at the bottom of the headlamps. I think I assembled them in humid air or something. Ive power washed my car at the carwash and it didn't get any worse

I just used clear silicone adheasive
Smeared it around the holding ring and nut
I have some black stuff i just used to seal up some corners. Might have to give it a shot.

Got my housing caps, these bad boys a lot bigger than I expected.....
I also got an email back from TRS on my bulbs, they said if I wanted to keep my bulbs till new ones arrived they would need a refundable deposit of the cost of bulbs until my old ones arrived with them which is like 65 bucks or so. BUT they also said because I went through a reseller or whatever its called to buy them. I had to go through classy, who is sending me bulbs without a deposit! Schweeeet, hes sending them out monday. I also discovered the stock gasket for the corner bulb is leaking my corner was fogging up after the car wash and has water spots in it so I'm going to have to use some rtv and seal it up and then clean out the water spots and sand that got in it.
Well I'll be putting on KYB drop in strut assemblys all around before the month is over. Ordered the rears and my LIM, UIM, and engine and trans mounts friday so soon as the struts come in and it a warm day I'll start putting them on. Also bought some Impala caliper brackets for 12" brake upgrade, I just have to wait till the end of the month before i can get rotors and pads for front and back I'm probably going to go with powerstops crossdrilled and slotted kits with pads combo. Then i need to find a weekend and plan a trip to ohio so i can visit some friends and get my LIM and mounts done and hv3 installed. THEN look for a 2.5" DP on the cheaps.
A catted dp right? If so, high flow preinstalled or your current one welded?
It didn't really matter too me catted or not. I wasn't going to be picky, I have no emssisons to pass or anything.
Right but you have an 02 like me, I believe 01 and later is super picky about having a cat.
If needed I was just going to have Dan fix that issue in the tune and just delete the rear 02 at the same time.
