It has 34k miles, still has a Certified pre-owned warranty with free maintenance until March 2017/50k m. Also came with a 100k bumper to bumper until 2019. I bought myself the wheel and tire protection package. These runflats suck, they're very hard, bubble and crack wheels. So if there's any damage they're covered even nails in tires and curb rash. I may get a pair of track wheels and tires though.

I'm definately going to get a Cobb if I do anything. They're just on back order right now for 8-10 weeks it looks like. But you know how modding goes, once I start its kinda hard to stop. I have to find a dealer that would be cool with mods and not void my warranty, hell maybe ill do all beemer performance parts.

Not sure on the lights, I'm learning new things about that car every day at this point. I know it has the whole light package. Adaptive headlights, auto leveling and all that jazz.

I love it this car. Its a monster and boy does it boogie. They call it the cayman killer.

Gotta love the euro adaptive lights. Did it mess with you the first few times the lights moved left or right? hahaha

Yes but that's because I thought they were working when they were off of the adaptive setting.

So now that you have the beemer for a while and seem to like it, whats the long term plan for the GP?

Drive it until the wheels come off or are we considering that one accomplished already?

Thank you thank you. But as it sits not its far from practical, its why I had to get a new car. Too many things started breaking and I didn't have any time to fix it, so it slowly started becoming more and more unreliable.

Lol yeah you can check wheels coming off off of the list.

So, I have no reason to sell this car as I wouldn't get much for it. That being said, my future plans include:

-Fixing the rear bags (one bags leak severely worsened from sitting/dry rot).

-Buy a new integrated valve/controller air management, because currently I have big red valves and a separate switch box with no pressure or height based leveling system, just a pressure gauge for reference. A new unit like airlifts 3P system would eliminate a lot of wires.

-I have some sweet Ron Vogel control arms waiting to be installed.

-A complete N* kit laying around that I'm debating whether or not to install.

-Aluminum sub frame mines beat up.

    -New oil pan (Jack accident)

Then once all that stuff is done I can focus on the cool stuff. Like new wheels and a turbo that will eventually happen. Always wanted to twin charge it just for the cool factor. But currently I have no time and all my extra funds will be directed to the "Actual race car fund" (bmw). But dont worry, Im still taking donations for the slow car fund.

Yeah driving the bmw really spoiled me.

I started and drove the gp for the first time in like 8 months. Its got a good amount of vibration at highway speeds and the accel vibration is pretty bad even with spacers. I hate the way it drives so ill probably throw the stock suspension on and see if that improves anything. If it does then maybe ill try and fix up the air suspension. I also kinda just wanna say **** it and get rid of it.

At least I got it in a garage now. I exploded my already damaged flex pipe going wot on the highway one the way to the garage though. I forgot how awful that **** sounds, the backfires when decelerating are pretty cool though... and the idle.
