It's really easy, order up some pre wired 12volt LEDs and take switches apart n solder. The headlamp switch is easy if you can find the screw(peel front corners out). Same goes for the HUD if you got it. The gear select you can put a peanut style bulb in. Bam done. I got pics if you want some. Bad the same gauges also.
I'd like to see those pics as well.
I LOVE those gauges but damn that's expensive
As per the badge on the back of the car. I got a hold of an old GTP badge and put it on mine. I had the other on there for awhile but liked this one more.
haha oh wow, well the price went up 300 then but heres the area where i got it.
grand prix black on black reverse gauges | eBay
Not $40 here, but cheaper than $300 at least:
PN97GP-11939RGX Alfa Otto Gauge Faces - Black Reverse Glow Gauge for 97-03 Pontiac Grand_Prix at Andy's Auto Sport
If you like white with blue neon you can go to this link 97 03 Grand Prix Blue Indiglo Glow White Gauges | eBay
Or if you like black on red you can go to this link 97 03 Grand Prix Blue Indiglo Glow White Gauges | eBay
Don't mean to high jack but I've got ?'s about the links. I'd really like to see the andy's autosport lit up. Also would like to see some of the ebay one's lit up. The last link about the black on red went to a white face gauge. I'd really like a black face gauge
For the black on red, it's right here

Little bit of an update..
Sold the red GTP you see here and should be getting a 98 GTP here soon, pics will be applied when car is mine.
Stick around
Back after a while, Just picked up a 98 GTP from a close friend who had 2 GP's, re-installed and completely rewired the seats. They are 2009 cadillac STS seats, black leather and red/orange suede.. sooooo comfy!!, rewired brand new sub n amp wires and changed a couple bolts in breaks and suspension, heres some pics of her.
This box is so big and so uglay, plus the amp and sub are ancient so i guess it works..
got some polishing to do...
just hanging out..
