What's the spo spoiler look like? I have a gxp spoiler and was just wondering.

I'm pretty sure they're the same..I have the one off the gxp, I thought people just called it gxp/spo spoiler! Haha

Yeah buddy, got my new bulbs in from trs. Good customer service n since I had insurance I got em replaced. Ill be messing with the aiming tonight again!

Alright so good news n a little bad! I got both projectors aimed n mounted! Bad is one of my ballasts are bad so what sucks is I couldn't have them both aimed at the same time to line them up flawlessly, but I used tape so they should be close, at least I'm hoping/praying lol. They weren't too too hard, and if I would have had both ballasts working, I think I could've gotten em pretty damn close to perfect. The jb weld trick holds pretty good. I'd aim them, throw some on one side n the bottom n hold till it hardened n would get them exactly to where I wanted them. Then do the other side n top in front. Let them harden, n then take them out n seal in the back, so they shouldn't go anywhere! From what I understand I may still be able to adjust a tiny bit so well see. So I also did my other side fender stripe n came out pretty good! I ordered some drilled n slotted rotors and some new pads for the front and rear and I'm going to repaint my calipers a metallic red to help em pop more! Also gonna try n either do a red bracket n gunmetal caliper or vise versa depending on how it looks, I think that'd look pretty sweet tho. Anyways, PICTURE TIME! Also any tips from where to get a new ballast? Ddm maybe or what?
Helpful way to get it like the other side, measure from the bumper to bottom of fender and tip of fender near headlight to fender stripe.

My Jerry rigged wall since I have a damn bush in front of house and was planning on doing them at the same time until I found out the right ballast was bad.

dryed jb weld, gonna have to paint a little silver, it barely shows on side of shrouds but just to clean it up a little and hide it

n then sealed in the back

idk why ima show y'all but a sneak peak of what they'll be!!

can see some jb on the side but got the clears in, will need to silicone them still.

The fender stripe kicks azz and so does the color of them, retros look awesome too, your car has come along so fast. keep up the good work Sir.

Thanks man, I appreciate it! I've been working hard on her n it's been paying off. I like the stripes a lot too n the color is tits! They may look good on yours in this color?! Haha I had today n I have tomorrow off due to rain so I have some time to do some things! So maybe ill test fit the retros tomorrow again n seal em up. I need a ballast quick n could wait to go to a place called Gibraltar Trade Center for them or just gonna have to order online so well see. Ill check tonight or tomorrow on prices for them. Ik ddm is cheap just sometimes a long wait for them.

ahhh okay, that would have saved jb weld and the crap from the front popping out the side. Ill see what I can do to hide it, might have to get creative with the dremel if it doesn't hide well with paint

Get some TRS ballasts if you can, might be the way to go.

Thanks, I'm trying lol. It's coming together nicely though so thank you! Ahh pretty soon there won't be much for me to do besides little things. So I'm happy tho with how it's going n I took last week off! Haha. N I wish I had ordered the whole kit from trs rather than getting them now cuz they're damn expensive a lone I think. Maybe someone has a spare laying around that they can sell if they see this! Lol. I might go ddm route or the place by me. Well see, it's gonna hold me back from putting them in tho its looking like.

DDM shipping is slow as ballz! Your probably better off getting it from the local place...it's all the same Chinese crap anyways ;D

i ordered from ddm twice and it took 10 days once and 8 days the other time lol

well i do have some h1 6k 35w i will sell once i get my retros done lol. But i cleared out my work bench and started cutting tonight and didnt get to far, i had to eat din din lol
