Haven't checked yet
Yeah it's definitely coming from cylinder 2. I'm thinking I'm gonna drive it around town tonight and see how it does. I just started it when I got home from work and the tick is barely there. I don't know what's going on with it lol.
So I filled it with gas today and took it around town then for a short drive in the country and my son wanted to see my stock boost gauge so I got on it a bit and it revved to about 4500 and shifted then I let off and pulled into dollar general and now there is no ticking noise at all. I'm very happy right now
One of the lifter might have drained from it sitting around
I sure hope it's ok now. I'll drive it around after work tom and pray lol
I was hopping it was something simple, a lifter that just needed to be pumped up. Pray that it stays golden.
Sticky lifter, sticky valve/valvespring...all possible if the car wasn't taken care of.
Glad to hear you got it working great Dannyboy
I think with this GP, karma was on Dan's side after having to deal with the rust bleeding ride.
The wife left for work so the boys are getting to know each other.
I can't get the traction control to shut off on here. I hit the button and nothing. I hold the button and nothing. I'm not sure what the problem is I'll check my codes later and see what's up the airbag light is on.
Also where are you 04+ guys putting the front plate at?
I have the opposite or problem my traction control doesn't work
If you have the holes in your bumper already you can get a license plate frame then mount it or I would just throw it in the windshield.
i don't have holes. its in the front window for now
Then you'll have to drill them in which personally I wouldn't want to.
I might mount it elsewhere then maybe in the lower bumper area where the lower grills will be going eventually.
