Welcome
to the club!
i actually took a video of my 200k mile stone... That engine still looked tight and right after I pulled it another 40k later
She's still strong and going well. Oil pan leak that been the same since the day I got it is only thing not done yet. That will change when I get my head stud kit cause whole motor is getting yanked and metal gaskets are getting put on the head and lim. New oil pan gasket re use the uim cause it is not even 20k miles old at that time I'll put my portted and polished lim uim tb on I'll do the heads while there off unless i find an amazing deal on a set.
Going to pick n pull this weekend to grab the lim uim from a 96 camaro 3800. Start porting and polishing it for the turbo build.
So turbo build and plans.
Start with need to get or make
* 05+ L32 block and heads
* turbo (hoping to get some ones smaller demod)
*meth kit
*38mm waistgate start with a 5lb spring
*rear plog
*homemade cross over with waistgate perch
*????cam???? Suggestions?
*head stud kit from intense
*LS7 lifters & springs
*shortened push rod
*04gtp trans (thinking rebuilding it my self)
What I have. .....
*F body intake both been gasket match ported polished.
*plog
*uim gasket for f body
*Magnum head gasket
* Air Intake temp gauge
*Tranny cooler

I'd probably go with a mild intense or zzp turbo cam. If you go ls7, remember to get pushrods that are safe to run with that cam and ls7 lifters.
When you say safe you mean correct length?
