for a winter beater, it looks like a whole lotta goodies went into it.
winters a knocking hard right now. Get-er-done......

Winter better hold off just a little longer. And yes, a lot of goodies went into the "winter beater" lol.
What is next on the list of things to do Max? Looks like soon, you'll be out of things.
Mount heat exchanger, mount IC pump, wire IC pump, route hose, mount diagonal braces, mount IC reservoir, wire EWP, trans pan, motor mounts, bolt/washer for belt wrap kit, trans lines, N*/intake, finish hooking up electrical, zip tie WB wiring from rear header, put bumper back on, fluids, tune, done. (I'm sure I'm missing stuff)
He made even more progress last night. Trans lines are nearly done, pan is swapped with the aluminum finned, some wiring is planned out.
Looking really good buddy!
Last night was not productive. Could've gotten a lot more done if certain things didn't fight. I think I'll need to order a new trans line so I'll need to figure out the p/n for the bottom line. It's too short.
That intercooler is from IRC fabrication. Its a one man company out of NY state. He does really good work. He used to fix the old Intense IC cores from what he told me a few years back. He makes these cores still I believe. He also made my front mount heat exchanger but I drew it up in Solidworks and made a drawing for him.
Get off the internet and finish the car
If i remember correctly I paid $325 for the core by itself, no fittings. I told him what NPT size to use (1/2") and he made it with a 2" thick core. If I could do it over again I would have him put the ports so its under the throttle body. Would be a much cleaner install. Nice thing about him is he makes whatever you tell him to make.
I'll be at Bills tomorrow night working on it so hopefully i will mount the heat exchanger and start running hose.
Yeah, when I call it a beater I'm kind of half joking. It's my first car so there is alot of sentimental value in it and once I'm able to, the whole car will be painted and brought back to new.
I know I want that same core for my intercooler build next summer!
Sorry to be off topic; Max, if I drive over mind showing me how to tune with my wideband ?
Antonio, I sent you a PM. But for the record, you'll need tinytuner for tuning with DHP. I'm pretty good with HPT, my DHP I just use to create/flash bins since its more user friendly and its wide-open (don't need to buy credits for everything and anything).
Hope to get a lot done tonight. Pics will be up later.
