i like the toy more
Heh I hear ya Odi! Its all about rocking the cheap ash ride to have other toys!
Thanks Ramair, ive been up and down that thread, still got alot to learn but im getting there. My big goal is to do a Gen V swap and do all the good stuff that does with that mod. So building up to do that. For now it will be easy bolt on stuff and cheap cosmetic stuff.
Just went a lil nutty on Crutchfield, those guys know how to sell but stoked to set up my new audio system. Funny how that works, LF speakers goes out and I put my headers and cat back on hold and dump a G into the audio! Let me know your thoughts guys ill try to post up some build pics!

Thanks to all that helped me figure out how to do this brake job, already want GXPs but now it should be a simple job!
Lil Blacky all jacked up and wheels off
Out with the old in with the new
Cleaned up the Calipers for paint
Time for some paint
Mounted up
Wheels back on, liking the new look
Bad shot needs to be cleaned up
A lil better
And one of my toys, maybe I should sell em all and get one cool thing eh?
looks good, shoulda painted the back ones red too
Love the rims.
Car looks great and clean.
You make me miss my project coupe
Lookin' good so far!
Kendra I basically want what you have but swap by 01 for a GXP! Im trying to keep the 97 clean, almost sleeper but once I drop her I think people will start poking at me to run off the line. Still not sure if I should go coilover or do a strut spring combo I dont want a huge drop.
Finally got some time to put some work into the GP
Here is some night shots, really dig the Humount well worth the extra 90 bucks! It was a pain to hook everything up with the steering wheel control and all but got it all figured out, ill try to get to the speakers and amp in a few weeks maybe. Time never seems to be on my side!
And a close up
Nice car man, thanks for the input on those headlamps , just placed an order for them a second ago . What brake upgrade did you do exactly? Going to do brakes in the coming weeks before the snow falls , and wanted to paint my calipers as well just blue or silver maybe .
Chi_Town
Heh the red painted caliper upgrade! Honestly all I did was replace the rotors and pads and paint the calipers. But after the fact I really wish I would have gotten the GXP set up as I ended up replacing the front caliper as I was servicing the brakes cause both of the pistons were seized. If you got plenty of miles and are doin a bunch of go fast parts might be worth looking into FBody set up or GXP link below.
FBody

GXP
ZZPerformance - 12.7 inch GXP Dual Piston Brake Kit #ZZ-12.7GXPBRK
Got some new parts today, super happy camper. Still waiting on the headers. Now if only I could find someone to help me install the headers ill be good to go!
Nice! Love this car. Looks nice and nice audio.
Finally got the cat back bolted up!
Ill put up a clip of the sound when I can
