Yea those are pretty much my fears plus I take the car down gravel roads some of which are rutted and have bottomed it out multiple times already. Plus when I start driving to Platteville the year after next I don't want problems while traveling.

DNA aren't a huge drop. C'mon dont be scared! Or zzp springs which is like 1.2" drop.
Aren't ZZP springs the ones that are kind of poor quality though?
I must be thinking of something else then. My bad. lol
I'm afraid of that. lol
Sounds like something a rapist would say. lol
Go vogtlands instead of DNA's.
What are you after? Lowering for looks? Then I suggest Eibach. I am running WBS and Love the stance. Rear doesnt lower much but still looks good and gives it that small rake. Its also nice having 3 people in the back and not bottoming out..
My GTP on WBS, GR2s and 18' Eagles on 245/45/18s. Love the ride, not too harsh.
I'm definitely not getting DNA springs.
Well basically it would be lowering for looks sort of. Stock stuff is worn out. I always considered lowering it but I feel like I will hit everything. I don't want a huge drop either. My other concern is wearing other parts out prematurely due to the drop. Therefor if I dont go as low I don't think that it would wear out as fast. SSC sprong drop roughly an inch and a half I believe so I'm thinking that will be enough to notice but not too low. I want to be able to fit the 17in bullitts with the 245/50/17 tires with no rubbing issues what so ever.
Also got a license plate filler in the mail today!
Got my car back on Saturday. Turns out that the LIM gaskets were on the way out and it was probably a good thing I sent it off to get worked on. Not too thrilled about the cost of this seeing as how I was going to have a buddy of mine help me with it come spring but I didn't think I would have the time for it. I think it had a slight vac leak as it would randomly have a little episode and stall at stoplights/signs once and a while and it has been fine now. Anyway it least it is done with and will last now. I am happy for that.
Yea you probably should of just did the lim yourself instead of paying to have something down that could easily be done in a few hours ;(
I already had the LIM gaskets, new upper intake, valve cover gaskets, and aluminum coolant elbows. He ended up replaced all the hoses and the thermostat as well as flushing out the coolant system because it had sludged up so bad. Basically he did some necessary maintenance things that I would most likely have overlooked. Plus the guy I was going to get together with to change it was an hour away from me and getting a time where both of us could do it was getting to be too difficult. I'm a full time student in college, I have a job, and I'm currently working on a Rube Machine that we are taking to Toledo OH in a couple of weeks for a competition. So thats my busy life and I couldn't see how I would be able to get together with him with what I have to take care of alone. lol.
