So you dont know what year it is?
Good luck getting the legit Shelby parts from FORD. They won't sell you them unless you own a legit shelby vin vehicle. Good friend of mine crashed his GT500, and wanted OEM parts. Took 8 months to get the parts from FORD because he had to send in all his OEM smashed Shelby parts. You're better off getting replica parts if you want GT500 parts.
I can get them right from Tousley Ford (Auto Nation Ford) unless that dealership is selling non OEM parts then idk, I spoke with them on the phone and they were ready to sell them to me, I even told them I didn't own a Shelby and was doing the conversion. I can also get them through a local Ford dealership but there a little more expensive. I work in a Mustang resto shop and my boss called them and they were ready to sell them to me as well. Maybe things changed since these cars are getting older, Im not sure but we'll see. If I cant get OEM Ill get after market not a big deal.
Or the fact that you work at a Mustang restore shop lol.

Nice, new parts for the Stang.
Haha hopefully I will soon trying to get the Mustang done first so I can have an open space in the garage, I dont want my truck to sit outside for a few days. I plan on throwing my headers on and smooth VC's all at the same time, of course I have to finished my smooth VC's I started on a while back lol
Haha so much work left and so little time! I to planned on filling mines in but after the last attempt turned out horrible I kind of said screw it lol.
After being locked out of my account since 2017 I was finally able to get back in today. These are the only pictures I really have of this car and so thankful for this forum to document this and the memories. Unfortunately most of the pictures are ruined due to photobucket but this is good enough for me.. Hard to believe its been 10 years already. I sold my GTP towards the end of 2014 to a friend, I kept track of it till about 2018/19 after that is disappeared and have no idea if it still exists.. Hope everyone is doing well in the world wherever you guys are out there. This forum was a blessing to a young kid just starting out with a first car and learning. Still doing things like this today and never stopped. May update some of my old threads here to complete what I never finished even if its just for my own personal blogging. Today was bittersweet for me getting back her and reminiscing of my memories, time flies.....
Good to see you back, I remember you. Some of us still rock the ol GP.
Thanks man, great to hear from you and see there is still some life here. This place was the best car group experience I've ever had online. FB groups just don't compare... I remember I started School at UTI just around the time I became inactive from here... Life changed fast and before you know it 10 years passes you by like nothing.. Really sad thinking about it honestly. Technology and life changes and sometimes the only places where we can look back on memories is a place like this, which, places like this just don't seem to be what they once were at a time. Life moves in mysterious ways they say
