What does that do?

removes rotating mass from the engine. It's only useful at idle really, to smooth out some of the inherent vibrations the engine produces. And you supposedly get better oiling by removing it. Plus the valley looks so much better without it in.

what advantages may i see with out the balance shaft?

installed 04+ gauge needles today!






i had to trim the speedometer needle because it was way to long

im not exactly sure because i did it all at once but i would think so, if you put headers on it it will change the sound i know that

When you got those needles at the jy, did they let you take just the needles or did they make you buy the whole speedo to get em

at the one buy me you go in and take what ever you want cuz you take all the parts off your self

Yeah the jy by me lets you go in and get the stuff yourself but one time i tried taking just the buttons to roll up and down the windows and they told me i couldnt do that without buying the whole motor. i just figured if i head there and tried taking just the needles they would tell me i gotta buy the whole speedo to get them

yeah and a speedo is like $50 i might be goin tomorrow to one to find some interior trim ill look for newer gp's but i dont think thye have any

they just let me take them the junkyard by me is awesome they have so many cars they dont even charge you for any small stuff like this i just go in and take whatever put it on the desk and are super cheap. i got a whole topswap there for like $150. i almost bought a set of 04+ seats for only $70 but didnt because they were cloth. they said any seats are the same price cloth or leather

so im guessing its a yes on $20 for the needles? haha

i would have sold them to you if i didn't put them on already lol
