    Think those were just cars coming the opposite way and the sound bounced off them different is all. My fenderwell intake kills most of the blower whine... I'm gonna stick an open cone on her for a couple vids sometime soon and after I get the 2.8 pulley on lol

    Still a 3.0, I'm supposed to be getting a 2.8 off a local and that's as low as I'll go with the GenV.     The first video. It sounds more like a whine actually, but I wouldn't think it was your blower at 720? RPMs.

    Since I put the motor in with the 3.0 on, the blower has sounded like that at idle. Sounds like those bigass blowers that can't help from making a little boost at idle, but i'm sure its something to do with my non functioning pcv system or something. I have plans in the works for a custom pcv setup soon and see if it changes. Or its just harmonics??

    Update: I realized I didn't wanna dump $3k on a built trans for the car and sold it a couple months later after it got hit by hail pretty good. Gave me an excuse to get my GXP back together which I have been driving since shortly after selling the GTP. And I just picked up a GTO last weekend and will begin to mod it like I did this car. Sold it to a local and fellow club member so I get updates on her once in a while. I miss it every now and again but glad I walked away from FWD V6. Also just felt burned out on the 3800 after doing nearly everything there was to do with it... Time to learn a new platform, LSx FTW!!!

    Its a clean ride, and don't let them fool you, the LS1 has TONS of potential. The LS2 is nice to say you have the LS2 6.0 but the 5.7L can make just as much power.

    I'm just glad it's RWD and has a man pedal!!! I didn't buy it with really any intentions of keeping the LS1 for either of my end goals. I'm either gonna go smaller cheaper 5.3 and turbo it, or go with a big diplacement stroker setup. Working on getting everything right on the car and probably redo the entire suspension before I touch performace stuffs. I'm in absolutely no rush though as I plan on keeping this one for a long long time.
