Why do I get a feeling i'll be in on all this too...lol, just cant get away.
Rear bumper needs a derib, and fill in the line that separates the fascia from the bumper, so it's all smooth.
got the alt booster, poly dog bone upper bushings, and poly dog bone motor mounts
the poly may have eliminated my upper speed knock, so that means that all my mounts were ****
also everything feels a lot fighter (steering, throttle response ect)
volt booster i only really got because my windows took forever to go up, now they act like a normal car, so i'm happy
Lol, Same thing with my voltage booster. Also, go get some true 4gauge wire, some gold/silver plated terminal ends, and solder. Then do the Big 3...made the lights, windows, interior lights, etc all much better.
I designed a always of tinting tails so that they look super dark but were bright as ****. The first set was a success and I came up with the idea for them. Flip designed these to meet the same requirements but in a different way. Check out www.flipscustomtails.com for the first zero tails
Android Fire
Damn z3ro, I checked out the Flip site and F N tits. That is one thing I will get done in the future.
Those tails are a master piece
I have a spare set of tails just waiting to be sent to Flip... he is tail light god. His work is epic peeps..
Ok Ok I see how you did the old design with masking off and stuff, it looks awesome so how is the NEW way he does it cause I am going to enlist Flip in the future for doing mine.
Cool, I dwell in painting small things and have good control. I think I'm ready to step up to something like that. Just curious on the process that he uses to produce a sexy tail light.
I would imagine he would take clear and mix in black with it. Prep, paint, re-clear, and polish/buff to perfection.
I only say this because I have a buddy with a paint and body shop that has been experimenting with clear and colors and another buddy with a vinyl shop that has a printer that can spray colors onto clear and then laminate it to give a color look onto anything.
We are planning to spray black to clear and laminate it and try wrapping my tails to see how it looks this summer as a project, if it works well I will post pics of mine and his 2010 chevy pickup lol. I'm sure it won't be quite as nice as Flips, and it probably won't out last them, but if it doesn't work I can peel it off and back to stock in no time, and his process is HIS process, just my 2 pennies.
