epic chrome fail. windows browser for the win. I would double check all the other bolts that you can see. I had one bolt fall out, and another loosen up, but was higher up on the transmission above the transmission mount.
Yup its up top, it was also loose.
And Sgt ya I looked around for anything else loose but didn't see anything
When you installed the HVL67 TB, was there any work done on the outlet shape to match the L36 manifold intake?

I used a throttle body spacer, everything seemed to line up nicely
Everything will line up nicely, but you may have a restriction there. The opening on the manifold is a large oval shape. L67 tb is a circle. TB spacer has the same shape on both ends. So, according to my research, you have a circle being mated to an oval with no blending.

When I look threw the tb into the uim with a flashlight I see no uim manifold that's in the way of the tb opening. So nothing is restricting it.
I would have just ran an L26 UIM with a home ported L67 TB. Those HVTB's are junk.
Plus you never have to worry about exploding UIMs... Lol
Nope. Nothing at all lol...
But shiny.
I have never had a issue with it.
It's only worth switching if you get an L26 to replace a blown L36. Cuz then you already have it. Lol
I'm sure he's talking about the TB.
They always had problems.
Ya talking about the tb
I heard about all the issues with them, overkill was able to tune it easily and idles fine etc.
Oh. Another fine example of me being clueless, again. Lol
Lol.
Let my uim blow to pieces, gives me a good excuse for the wife to throw a l67 in it.
