did my spring clean up on the car, cleaned the inside completely and washed the car, cleaned all the brake dust off the rims, cleaned the chrome tips etc etc took most of the morning lol.
getting rust under 2 doords and bubbles popping up on the rear fenders, the usual places, figure ill probably get the car painted come next spring and have any rust cut out as needed, id rather pay 2k for a paint then go for another used car that I have no idea on how it has been treated.
here are some quick pics from my cell phone.

    Thanks.
Ordered new drilled and slotted front rotors and ceramic brack pads, 3 year warranty so if they warp like my last 2 sets it don't matter lol

i suggest just driving on them real nice for a few days, light slow stops. every time i tried one of those bed in procedures it blew up in my face.

in a few days of short trips here and there, the brakes came in and grab like a vice.

I already did the "break in procedure" they told me to do with the manual that came with the rotors... hopefully I don't have the same luck as you...

Well went threw over a hour of rush hour traffic . They ceramic pads have a nice bite to them, won't know about the rotors for 6 months or more as that when they seem to start warping

    got these for $35

Thinking of putting the stb with the brackets in the rear for easier installation. do the bolts needed to be torque to a certain foot pound? or just tighten them down nice and snug?

Is the bolt pattern the same in the rear so i can put the STB with the brackets in the rear?

Ya i was thinking so also but thought Id double check, the guy who sold them to me said for the rear you can line up 1 of the strut tower bolts on each side and bolt it down that way if I want too... not to sure If I should do it that way though..

I don't see it being very effective if only bolted down with one bolt. When in doubt grab a set of rear brackers
