got the inlays on. yes i know my car is filthy it's been pouring rain here off and on all week. (engine bay is gross Too) STB and my home depot intake as well.
OH and the STB removes ALOT of the body roll. i am def. impressed.
next up is the remainder of the suspension (springs and struts) then the saving begins for rims/tires come spring.
well my suspension plan is as follows, most of this coming from wbodystore
strutmounts x 4
frt and rear GMPP sway bars (comes with links)
wbody store frt control arms
kyb gr2's or AGX struts (havent decided)
Canuck lowering springs (going to guinea pig these ones)
and installing my rear STB (pain in the arse)
i actually bought em from a dealership like 5 years ago when i had my 98 monte carlo. just never installed em. been sitting in my basement the whole time.
bought the mounting brackets from MBruneaux here on the forums.
spent 3 hours cleaning the GP this weekend, still gotta tackle under the hood. also got wheel bearings done on the phoenix (pics later today) anyways here she is all cleaned up
you can see the phoenix in the backround in this one
don't forget its only 4 month old paint, but i used mothers step 3 carnuba. always loved this stuff. If i could recommend anything to someone with some terrible looking paint it would be the 3 step mothers setup. works wonders but i won't get into selling the stuff. here's a link.
Mothers® California Gold® Pure Carnauba Wax–Step 3
i acquired a new spoiler of the spo variety.
