    D...

It's not your eyes the guy would be lookin at. Low cut blouse would help more than long eyelashes.

Well, I woke up at 7 all geared up and ready to hand wash the car and break out the PC for the first time.

That is until I got out to the car and saw that it was only 7* outside.
But I tried anyways and failed, decided that not getting sick and not getting frost bite sounded a lot more fun.
And, there was also a nice 3' drift right in front of the garage door at work yesterday and I sure didn't feel like shoveling that after I would have froze myself to death washing the car.

I did use some of my new SSR2 by hand and was very impressed with the improvements that it made in the paint. So I can only imagine how much better its going to look when I use the PC.

Most likely, going to wait until spring to do it now, because it's just to dang cold outside to be washing by hand.

The motor didn't get washed either.
Its going in for an oil change Saturday, so I'll have him check it out when its lifted up and see if they can find anything from that angel to narrow it down a little.
(Yes, I know I should change my own oil (but I've never learned how), and when I got 4 changes for $50, can't really pass that up.)

Sorry for the update full of fail

    huh?

I bought the ebay linked one...
I snatched it up for $114 primed (I could justify that now and $100 later this spring over $320 all at once)
Guess I'm hoping it doesn't cost $200 to get painted.

Your a paint guru, how much does it run to paint something like that?

    Ok, that's kinda what I was thinking/hoping.
No worries, I think I have a resource I can use.

I'm gonna get prices once I get it and can take it for estimates.
But I probably won't get serious about painting it till spring/summer just so it's nicer out and doesn't have to go thru all the salt and stuff right away.

I will do a teaser shot once it arrives tho

i bet if you shop around you can get that painted for 50. i had a whole grill for my 97 gmc and the both door sills painted for $75, and they did a bang up job, total paint match batman!

body shops love when you just drop stuff off too. the less they have to touch it the cheaper it get for us.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Nooo you can't wait! Get some ONR or Spray and Wipe and wash it in the warmth of the garage with no water....And yes, SSR2=win when you use the machine.
