Still waiting on that intake from ZZP,

While im waiting as far as the inter cooler tubing goes this is my understanding of it.

Bottom of the left side of the FMHE to 90* bend to top of I/C pump (Bottom line from I/C pump goes to LEFT OR RIGHT port on the intercooler?) and the oposite will be the return line. and the port on the Top of the FMHE goes to the tube you pour in?

Quaility was clearly job 1. Or they expect you have a slightly different setup? maybe they expect the maf inside the box?

On intercooler routing. Lowest point on your FMHE is what feeds into your pump that should be located at the same height or lower than that exit from the FMHE. Something to consider is that you won't have a lot of fluid in the system the way you describe it. Many have found the running hose through the bump tubes gives you about an extra gallon or two. Pickup a hose that is larger and fits over your IC hose to slip over and use as a buffer to any sharp edges etc.

Keep in mind on the pics, this is not your routing, this is Bonnie. Giving you the sharp edge info though

I then thought about movement over time and put a zip ties on the smaller hose right where I wanted the larger to stay put. This worked well and didn't restrict the smaller hose at all.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

By the looks of it, did you just shove the MAF into the TB inlet? no coupling or seal or anything???

that might of been what was causing my stalling issue when the RPM's drop below 1000

I belive the fix for the guy BillBoost is talking about was a fuse. Also the guy said one of his ground wires was touching his hood when he shut it couseing it to ground out. The guy's post is in "BoostenGTP's Ride".

Anyone know why it would be stalling if not kept above 1000 rpms? wasnt doing that before i got the leak fixed..

not idling, unless you give it gas and keep the RPM's over 1000.

The car still has not been tuned yet. i just finished doing the RNC security
