Since I am the moderator of Members Ride, I should probably update by build thread.

I did end up coming back to 3800 world, and purchased a 2000 Bonneville SSEI, Fully Loaded, White, 198k miles for $500. Figured it would be a neat little DD for a bit. After 2 weeks of driving it, heater core went out. Now it just sits in my barn as I have no interest in working on it.

The real car though, is my G8. Last time this forum saw it, it was stock. That's not the case anymore. The car ended up losing a DOD lifter which forced me to do a Cam / DOD delete install. Right after completing that build, car went on the dyno. Made 430whp/410wtq on that setup, but on one of our last pulls, it spun a rod bearing. Sad, sad day. With a second kid, buying a new house, and getting married, the car went on the back burner.

Just a few short weeks ago, and months of collecting parts, I got the car back up and running, but with a whole lot done to it. The full build list now consists of:
    - 4340 Eagle Crank
    - 4340 Eagle Rods
    - Mahle Pistons
    - 6.7L 408ci Stroker
    - Kooks Longtube Headers
    - Solo Performance Catback
    - Roto-Fab Cold Air Intake
    - 239/254 Cam (BTR Stage III 400+ ci Camshaft)
    - Calico Coated Main Bearings
    - Calico Coated Rod Bearings
    - Durabond High Performance Cam Bearings
    - ARP Main Studs
    - ARP Head Studs
    - ARP Crank Bolt
    - ARP Cam Bolts
    - ATI Crank Pulley
    - FAST LSXR 102mm Intake
    - Nick Williams 102mm Throttle Body
    - Elite Engineering Catch Can
    - JEGS Vacuum Canister
    - Circle 3500 Triple Disc Torque Converter
    - B&M External Transmission Cooler
    - Camaro Deep Dish Trans Pan & Wide Mouth Filter

I've also done some appearance mods as well, like:
    - BC Racing Coilovers
    - Maverick Man Firehawk Style Carbon Fiber Spoiler
    - Front Splitter
    - Lamin-x Tinted Headlights / Foglights
    - Spyder LED Tail lights (Professionally tinted / painted)
    - Rear Window Spoiler
    - Holden Black Interior Trim Kit
    - Holden Steering Wheel
    - Black Exterior Trim Kit
    - Triple Gauge Pod

I'm sure I am forgetting things, but the car has come a long way. Still needs some more tuning work done, but happy with how it's all coming out.

Go big or go home lol. This car makes a lot of noise, and I mean a lot. Just idling, you can feel it on your chest from behind. At WOT it can be heard from nearly 2 miles away. Insane.
