My girlfriend picked up a 1993 Volvo 240 for $650, but don't get me wrong, this thing needs work, but it does run and drive, just not so smoothly. 2.3l 4 cylinder with RWD. Body is a little banged up, interior is missing a few pieces, and the engine bay is filthy. Good thing i know how to clean a car up Oh, and the power steering is failing, the exhaust leaks, the headlights and tail lights don't work, and it only makes 114hp.

This car is going to get cleaned, fixed, then I gotta find something to make more power in this damn thing. Open to suggestions, and no I won't "just throw a turbo on it".

It won't make more power without a turbo or a different motor.

Slide a loaded GTP frame and goodies under it from a rust victim, let that rear axle just tag along.
All Grand Prix, all the time. 69 Model J, 99 GT & GTP coupes. All junk, haha.

They are different sizes, and that's a lot of work, and I like RWD. I'd have better luck with a v6 Camaro frame lol

Considering just cleaning it, cheap/easy repairs and reselling for more than I paid for it then getting a 318 or a 360 Dakota for the GF (Volvo was supposed to be hers)

Probably selling and buying a 3rd Gen camaro. Because if I'm gonna practically rebuild a car into a rwd V8 from the early 90's, I might as well like how it looks+availability of parts
