I have been searching everywhere and cannot find a solution to my problem. I want all new complete strut assemblies all the way around the car. I can't find any that will fit the 18inch wheel.

ROCKAUTO has gabriels complete assembly but won't fit 18inch wheel.

Same problem with All Shock and EVERY other manufacturer.

What options do I have that won't cost me an arm and a leg?

    Thanks in advance!

When I try to order complete strut assemblies, most of them say they're for GXP with a 16 or 17 inch wheel but not the 18.

Wheel size has nothing to do with what strut you can run. As long as it's for a wbody they'll fit

That's what I thought, but why is every website I go on, say... RockAuto for example, it says they have struts to fit the 07 GXP but not 17 or 18 inch rims. Why is that?

Just note that a cheap shock will ride NOTHING like the factory bilsteins.

They likely say that it can't fit 18's because the GXP was the only car to run bilsteins, as they are better.

They're dumb.. Or they follow what everyone else says.. It's all a wbody.. Wheel size is not going to matter unless your running some weird odd wheel size. Oh and he very least I would run with kyb excel or Monroe or better struts not some Gabriel's

Thanks man, youve already helped ease a lot of stress. Could you take a moment to look at rockauto complete strut assemblies and tell me what you'd recommend for front and back?

Yea as far at complete strut assemblies.. All those chooses suck. Your going from Billsteins which are the best strut you can get for the wbody but a) harder to find b) quite pricey and they don't come as a complete setup. Your next best bet would be like 91 suggested kyb agx... But they also don't come complete but if your willing to put in a but of elbow grease you can get new springs (if needed), strut mounts and every thing else and build them.

Won't I need to buy different control arms for the agx to work?

Phil.. Turn your wheel and take a look at your current control arms. If they have a tab and you see the end links are connect from the CA to the sway bar then you already have the 97-03 style CA. If you don't see a tab and the end links are connected from the strut to the swaybar then that's the 04-05 style CA then yes you'll need to swap CA/swaybar

    And that

My 07 GT already had the "97-03 style" LCA's. All the 07's should be that way as well.
