So my 2000 GTP is running with a 3.5 inch sc pulley, 3 inch catd downpipe, plog, cai, colder plugs, 180 tstat, and Overkill PCM. According to my Aeroforce Interceptor scan gauge, my engine is consistently producing around 330 horsepower at WOT right around 6000 RPM. How accurate does this sound? Keeping in mind it's measuring break/crank horsepower. I'm willing to bet the real number is closer to 300 but I really don't know how accurate this scan gauge is with these parameters. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Those gauges are usually pretty far off. IIRC mine tells me I have like 450 or something like that.

330whp/400wtq is what my S1X cam, gen5, 2.8 pulley, headers, E85 setup made on the dyno.

I'd just a calculated guess the computer throws out, mainly for torque mangement.

Yeah that's whp as in wheel horsepower I'm talking crank/break horsepower. Still I thought 330 sounded a little high for what I have in it, I would expect 300bhp so about 250whp

Yea you're prolly not making 250whp. Prolly closer to 220-230.

Honestly I'd say even lower, maybe 225-235 whp.

I made 202whp when I was bone stock a few years ago.

I see. I guess that's still pretty good for a 15 year old daily driver

Heres the other way to look at it, you gained torque and horsepower in different area's and thats why it's quicker.

The end horsepower number just isnt a huge factor when it's the torque that we make that moves you out quickly.
