Nope.
It will not be a direct plug and play swap, you could maybe do some modding and jimmy rigging to to make it work but it will never be a swap in and go.
The way the transmission is controlled via the PCM is different from 02 and 06. In 2003ish they updated the designs of some internal parts and the way the pcm talks with the transmission. Your best bet it to find a 04+ transmission from the supercharged car.
Assuming your GT is supercharged because you said it's and 06 and they dropped the GTP name after 2005.

Yup it's sc'd.. And damn.. Okay then.. I've been scouring everywhere trying to find a tranny and I thought it'd be close.. Know of any around mn ffdp?
