Did the ground for the icm come off?
We determined if has spark n fuel and we did check pressure when cold
Well its been determined and checked I have both spark and fuel when we check it
New spark plugs and wires cat is cut off
So car did start right up after sitting in shop over night told no codes showing. Told him to keep it drive it around n then read for codes then leave it in shop again and see if it starts in the morning and if it does park outside n check the next morning n book up computer right away so it can get codes before battery don't die while trying to start so computer can grab all codes
In ever had problems w my car starting last winter except once n it was 60 below out but started up on its own the very next day
Step on the gas a bit while cranking. FPR may be bad.

This won't keep a car from starting or running. it's a redundant ground.
Please elaborate on how it was determined and at what point you checked it. If you check it when it runs, that's not a good test. If you checked fuel at the fuel rail..then that's only telling you that fuel is at the rail, not in the cylinders.
