    i over torqued my lim bolts, i knew the stock specs but i installed the aluminum gaskets, i went to 80inch pounds, shound i worry?

    I never torque spec'd my intake bolts or blower bolts...only worry about the plastic UIM if you're not supercharged.

    Never had an issue.

    how did you not break a bolt or two, or tree? lol

    if nothing stripped out or snapped, hell leave it be.

    i mean the op, 80 inch is over 3 times the normal torque.

    i was pissed when i done it lol i bought $700 worth of parts, installed them and the lim was dumping water in the motor, took pff the uim and went to town, should of walked away haha

    upper for a sc was like 17 or 19 not sure off hand.

    80 in lb is 6.6 ft lbs so ur way under torqued. 180inch lb is what you want.
