Well I am someone that doesn't want to spam, just move some stuff out of my garage that people here seem to be interested. It just seems counterproductive. It isn't like I am a parts dealer, and it isn't like 1/2 of your users database hasn't logged in for 3 years.

I have been a member of Grand Prix of North America since 2010 and I still can't post in their for sale section, Club GP I think you have to be a member for at least 30 days, other forums have more strict rules than us, I've seen forums where you have to be a member for at least a year, have so many posts and have actually contributed something to the community.

you've got the wrong attitude about this bud. this is a community not ebay, be part of it if you wish but rules are to stop from this forum becoming ebay.

have you done a search on ebay recently for pontiac grand prix? there is 1000's of items, alot that barely apply (oh yay a "chip" that gives 550hp and 500mpg that installs in 5 min!) i can tell you as a member when i go through the buy and sell i don't wanna see that crap.

this method of earning is a surefire way of stopping from that crap hitting our forums.

people donate to us to keep the site up and funded, that's all. we don't see any of it.

and yes, we 'worry' about the members getting scammed because then we ALWAYS get dragged into it when in reality it is 100% not our problem. you know how many people we've had to deal with over the past bunch of years for taking peoples money and disappearing? enough.
